How to order

To purchase your work of art please call (from USA or Canada 011 41 61 263 21 21) (from Europe 0041 61 263 21 21) or send us an email at grunder@canadian-arctic.ch

All prices are net (incl. Swiss VAT 7.6%), ex gallery in Swiss Francs. Extra charges (freight, insurance, duty, fees) will be added.

The items will be shipped when full payment has been received.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Payment terms

Shipping

We ship World Wide.

Shipments are sent by SwissPost (Priority or Economy). All shipments will be sent fully insured. Shipping and insurance are at cost. A small handling fee applies. Shipments leave daily.

Special arrangements may be made if you require them.

If the exterior packaging of your shipment shows signs of damage upon arrival, indicate the extent of the damage on the waybill and have the courier driver sign to witness the package was damaged upon arrival.

In the unlikely event the art inside was also damaged, it is essential that you contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for any freight damage claims that are not submitted to us within seven days of shipment arrival.
